What is Genga?

Genga is the final cleaned up version of the animation before it’s sent down the rest of the pipeline to be inbetweened, colored and composited!

These were the first 4 shots I drew for Clear New Memory, I was testing out the style and design for each of the characters, and I was really happy with how they turned out! It gave me the confidence to animate the rest of the short.
